Gorden decided over 10 years ago to support our school in a unique way.
He's a strong believer in the importance of a solid secular and Jewish
educational foundation for kids.
Richie decided to give 10% of any commissions he earns through KSA referrals. It adds up. Over the years his donations from commissions has netted the school more than $15,000 - money KSA would not otherwise have received.
"A lot of my business comes from the school's faculty and staff, and from their referrals and word of mouth," Richie says. "This program does so much good and it doesn't cost people any more to do business with me."
"I give 5% to the school and 5% to the buyer or seller who was referred to me by someone at the school. Sometimes they give their 5% to the school too." "A buyer or seller who retains me just needs to say, "This is an KSA referral."
